Target Mind is looking for Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) Nurse In & Around Scotland Area.

Conduct preoperative assessments, evaluating medical histories and anesthesia suitability.
Collaborate on individualized anaesthetic care plans with anaesthetists and teams.
Prepare equipment, drugs, and supplies for surgeries, ensuring patient comfort.
Monitor vital signs throughout procedures, promptly responding to changes as directed.
Assist in airway management techniques and troubleshoot issues for optimal outcomes.
Administer anaesthetic agents and adjust dosages for pain control and depth maintenance.
Aid in postoperative care, monitoring patients and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication for continuity of care.
Adhere to clinical protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements for patient safety.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and professional development.
