As an Asset Data Manager, you are the gate keeper for all information management which informs the condition of the Estate and provides business intelligence regarding the Estate.
Amongst other key responsibilities related to service delivery, you will manage the team who collate, update, and maintain an accurate asset database in line with ADSL's procedures and processes including the management of maps, drawings and asset plans.
You will also ensure compliance with ADSL's Management System QHSE policies and procedures throughout the area of responsibility, and work closely with central CPT to create and deliver surveying and Lifecycle strategy for the business.
To excel in this role, you must know how to manage commercial or government asset portfolios and have knowledge of data management and a sound understanding of surveying of large, complex estates.
You should also have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, with proven line management experience, as well as experience working within a construction and building services environment.

Ready to join the team?
You must have NQF Level 6 and industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services or facilities management. You must also have a recognised Technical Body membership.
A OPQ 3- Universal Competency & Manager and Verbal Reasoning assessment will be expected to be completed prior to attendance of an interview.
