    Key Responsibilities

    1. Charting and Transcription: Assist physicians in ensuring all aspects of charting are up to date and completed. Transcribe verbal patient communication on behalf of the MD.
    2. EMR Support: Assist in EMR rollout, provide worksheets and stamp to physician prior to commencing their shift start, and transcribe verbal conversation from the physician to the patient in EMR without signing name to chart.
    3. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between physicians and nurses, providing them with relevant updates as needed.
    4. Patient Care and Support: Maintain a friendly demeanor with patients while enforcing the rules and policies of the workplace. Remind patients about in-house pharmacy, self-management, and other programs.
    5. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and print all necessary paperwork, train new staff as needed, attend meetings as required, and report performance to Senior Management.

    Qualifications

    1. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a clinic setting.
    2. Proficiency with medical software, such as EMR, is preferred.
    3. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
    4. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
    5. Ability to work from other clinic locations occasionally may be required.

    Work Arrangements

    • Job Type: Full-time position
    • Schedule: 8 hour shifts, with occasional weekends required
    • Work Location: On-site at our healthcare facility
