Our client based on the outskirts of Chelmsford are seeking an Order Processing Administrator to join their team. If you have two years order processing experience, with excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail, then we would love to hear from you


Duties:

Completing daily sales orders for customers using the company CRM

Speaking with distributors to discuss sales order related queries from query through to resolution

Responsible for the completion of Credit Application forms and setting up new customers in the company's ERP system

Liaising with stores department regarding delivery time frames, stock levels and carriage issues

Completing ad-hoc administrative tasks when required, for example filing documentation and archiving

Assisting the Accounting & Credit Management Lead with monthly tasks such as sending statements and other administrative duties

Providing cover for other accounting members which may range from invoicing or raising of purchase orders


Requirements:

Order Processing experience within an office environment - 2 years required

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative position
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Positive attitude and team player with the ability to work independently

Excellent organisation and communication skills with high attention to detail

Good use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm

23k-25k DOE

Fully office based with free parking - Must drive and have your own transport, due to company location
