As a Field Care Supervisor, you will assess care packages, supervise a team of care staff, assist with coordinating staff rotas, and support the on-call service when needed.

You will also have the chance to build relationships with care staff and clients, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained.

If you have a can-do attitude, a caring and reliable nature, excellent communication skills, be flexible and work 40 hrs week, Monday to Friday and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Work as part of the Care team
Prior to each service commencing, carry out with customers (and/or their chosen representatives) an assessment of what the client's care needs are and risk assessment
Creating and managing Care Plans/Care Needs Assessments
Investigate matters relating to the quality of the service and implement improvements
Carryout Spotchecks and Face to face supervisions with carers
Support the continuous development and wellbeing of carers
Maintain proper customer care documentation
Carryout care assessments when and if required
Check the qualityofcare notes and identify any gaps for improvement
Assist with coordinating when required
Assist with on call when required

Required Criteria

Experience as a Snr Care Assistant/Team Leader
Excellent communication
Full UK Driver's license
SVQ3

Desired Criteria

You must have good numeracy, literacy and IT skills and be able to communicate well with various individuals with differing needs and communication ability.

You must be able to give and take direction.

Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs, Providing Care (in emergencies), Administrative skills

Job Type:

Permanent Salary:
Up to £25.000per year depending on qualifications and experience.
