Estates Supervisor (Band 6) - Permanent
Venn Group are supporting a key NHS client by recruiting to a permanent Estates Supervisor vacancy.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary: £40,448 £47,965 (commensurate with experience, in line with AFC, including innerLondon HCA)
  • Location: London
  • Supervising inhouse multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical and fabric) as well as external contractors
  • Overseeing daytoday running of the estates service across multiple hospital sites
  • Managing PPM, RM and minor works
  • Ensuring buildings maintained in compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements
  • Authorised Peron (AP) duties for appointed areas
  • Supporting and implementing H&S requirements by carrying out site inductions, risk and COSH assessments
  • Experience managing multiskilled estates/maintenance teams
  • Healthcare exposure and knowledge of HTM's/HBN's should be considered highly desirable (but is not essential)
  • Knowledge of statutory and mandatory compliance
  • Familiarity with H&S requirements within engineering and building systems
