Contracts Specialist to join our growing Entier global family. This role will be based at our office in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

As a Contracts Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective management and administration of contracts throughout their lifecycle.

You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.


Main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Manage client relationships, both existing and potential, including engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting contract proposals, and negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Preparation of contract costing and pricing proposals, and negotiation of these with clients.
  • Facilitate contract startup and agreement processes, ensuring that you engage and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and timely execution of contracts.
  • Continuously assess client satisfaction, address any concerns or issues, and proactively identify opportunities for contract amendments or improvements to meet evolving client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, manning levels and payment terms.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential contractual risks, providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies and developing contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, monitor contract performance, track deliverables, and manage contract amendments, extensions, and terminations.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring contracts are in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on contract status, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Assist in the resolution of any contract disputes to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within contracts management, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Specialist or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of contract law, contract types, and commercial terms and conditions.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
