Mortgage Case Manager

Swansea or Cardiff

Up to £28,000

My client a very well-established Mortgage Broker and is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage administrator/case manager to join the growing team.

The Role

To support the Underwriting team in moving cases from valuation to completion
To support the underwriter with communication with introducing brokers
To foster positive working relationships with all stakeholders both internal and external on all cases.
To help ensure all cases meet regulatory compliance requirements.
To ensure that the speed and quality of service is maintained and extended.
To develop the relationship and business levels with nominated key accounts
To advise and support junior members of the team.

Main Duties

To ensure that all properties put forward as security are valued quickly, appropriately, and in a timely manner.
To produce supporting loan documentation for assigned cases.
Ensure that cases do not 'stall' and that updates for internal and external stakeholders are available on request.
Obtaining all information needed to complete a file (access details, correspondence address', solicitors' details, signed Offers)
To work towards specific lending targets via key accounts.

£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
