We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Halifax who is looking to expand their friendly team.

In this role you will be supporting key accounts with queries, order updates and scheduling repairs.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Receiving inbound calls from new and existing key customers
  • Taking and processing new customer orders
  • Logging repairs and scheduling engineers
  • Dealing with complaints and offering first time resolutions
  • Providing order updates within agreed timescales
  • Producing reports for senior management
  • Ensuring that internal systems remain up to date with accurate information

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Have customer service experience
  • Have some administration experience
  • Are computer literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Show empathy to customers, being able to handle calls of a sensitive nature
