We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Halifax who is looking to expand their friendly team.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Receiving inbound calls from new and existing key customers
- Taking and processing new customer orders
- Logging repairs and scheduling engineers
- Dealing with complaints and offering first time resolutions
- Providing order updates within agreed timescales
- Producing reports for senior management
- Ensuring that internal systems remain up to date with accurate information
Who Are We Looking For?
- Have customer service experience
- Have some administration experience
- Are computer literate, including Microsoft Office
- Show empathy to customers, being able to handle calls of a sensitive nature
