Description
We are looking for a passionate and confident individual who is an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail to join our Client within the education sector on a FTC or Temporary basis as an Operations Administrator.
This role will be supporting the team until at least September of this year.This is a key post to support the department in the smooth running of all processes involved in the student life-cycle from enquiry to registration and graduation.
Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum / £12.82 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Purpose of the position
The post holder will work across a range of courses that may change from year to year, and be expected to cross-collaborate with the admissions team to pick up any administrative roll during busier periods - mainly May to July.
It also involves data entry, monitoring, tracking and assisting our trainees and tutors to provide excellent customer service and enhance the student experience.
KEY TASKS:
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries from our trainees, tutors or schools both verbally and in writing;
- Supporting our trainees through their course from enquiry to graduation
- Sale of FoE courses
- Adding data on the admissions system
- Checking compliance with our entry requirements
- Participate in University events when required, such as Graduation
- Collation of data and data entry ensuring accuracy
- Supporting administration of all courses and other events including presentations/handouts, following up on room bookings and catering, room setup, IT set up etc.;
- Formatting and proof reading
- Creation and collation of all trainee paperwork on+to document manager
- Manage and create Moodle (VLE
- Visual Learning Environment) pages
- Arranging marking and moderation of assignments
- Organise meetings on teams/zoom
- Assist with all the training days, online or face to face
- General photocopying and office management
- Provide holiday cover
- Utilise computer systems (such as SITs and Document Manager) to find and update trainee information
- Maintain familiarity with the DfE Initial Teacher Training and OFSTED regulations
- Assist the team during busy periods
KEY SKILLS
IT proficient especially with Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and other delivery platforms
Very good communication skills, both verbal and written
Clear and accurate communication
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Manage & prioritise workloads
Good customer service skills - confident and friendly telephone manner
Understanding of GDPR
