Born in 2013, The Silver X Group of companies, is an aggressively growing logistics business, specializing in the warehousing & fulfilment, courier & road haulage transport, and pallet network freight.
From the bedroom of our founder to a company that can boast an 8-figure turnover, 5 warehouses, over 120 vehicles and trailers, plus employing over 140 people, were not here to rest on our laurels.
Our group is made up of two trading companies, The Silver X Group and Bow Distribution and our passion is to provide the best possible service to our clients at a fair price.

Why we need you?
As a Logistics Management Trainee, you will be expected to enter the business on a 18/24 month trainee scheme, learning from the ground up.
You will be directly coached and mentored by our owners, directors and senior managers as well as our experienced operations team.
You will be expected to present a flexible approach to your working hours with operations running 24/7 so early and late shifts will be required during your training for some roles.
You will also be expected to show exemplary work ethic and lead from the front, upholding our core values to learn quickly and develop your skills should.
Attitude is everything, but it will significantly speed up your progress if you are technically gifted on IT systems, a creative problem solver and have a can do mentality.
The recruiting process will test your logical, numerical and problem solving abilities and well as your ability to communicate effectively, ensuring you can cope with the industries challenges.

Renumeration:
- Basic Salary of £25,000 per annum reviewed at month 12..
