Your day-to-day duties might include:


  • Performing administrative functions essential for the success of our advanced breeding programs, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation
  • Employing proficient data management skills utilizing Excel for data entry, manipulation, and reporting to support informed decision making
  • Maintaining meticulous records of inventory using both digital and paperbased systems to uphold compliance standards and facilitate efficient inventory management
  • Managing the logistics of nationwide embryo and semen straw shipments with precision and timeliness
  • Preparing customized drug treatment packs and programs tailored to the needs of donor animals, adhering to pharmaceutical guidelines
  • Coordinating Ovum Pick Up (OPU) collection days, managing logistics and ensuring seamless operations
  • Utilizing shared Outlook diaries to coordinate team schedules and optimize resource allocation
  • Executing billing tasks accurately and efficiently using specialized software
  • Ensuring accurate recording of animal movements to meet regulatory requirements and ensure traceability
  • Fostering positive client relationships by providing clear communication and support regarding collection days, bull selections, and results
  • Contributing insights and feedback to team meetings to support the development of our IVF advanced breeding strategies
  • Facilitating effective team communication by preparing and circulating meeting agendas and minutes
  • Providing support to the wider team by assisting with reception duties and other tasks as required
  • Optimizing systems and processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Assisting as a supporting Technician when needed, contributing to tasks such as embryo thawing and providing assistance during OPU collection

Essential Qualifications:


  • Educated to A-Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Great verbal & written communication skills
  • Physically fit to cope with lifting & carrying tasks
  • Full UK driver's licence

Desirable Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector
  • Experience in a similar role
