  • Controls Engineer****Location
  • Bury St. Edmunds****Salary
  • Circa. £40,000**An awardwinning company specialising in full Turnkey solutions, covering the design, build, installation, and commissioning of products. This company offer a variety of services, having extensive expertise in packaging, process control/automation and batchmanufacturing, with this role focusing on fully automated process/packaging and filling machinery.


Due to the unprecedented expansion of this successful company, they are urgently looking for a Controls Engineer to join their team.


Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Detailed design of control/electrical systems including selection of equipment, generation of schematics, cable schedules & electrical calculation
  • Development and Programming various manufacturers PLC's, HMI's and SCADA
  • Continuous improvement and quality performance of existing products
  • To identify, assess and implement new technology or methodologies

Skills & experience required for the role:

  • HNC/Degree qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proficient in PLC's, HMI's and SCADA
  • Strong understanding of Automation
