The Role:


  • Manage the accounts payable mailbox and handle a high volume of queries efficiently.
  • Complete multicurrency supplier payment runs in different currencies, to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Keep the accounts software up to date and accurately process material, shipping, and overhead invoices.
  • Process expenses and company credit card transactions related to supplier visits to build strong relationships.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and raise purchase orders for effective financial management.

The Person:


  • Proficient in using accounting systems, currently experienced in Sage with the ability to adapt to new ERP systems for recording accurate financial data.
  • Skilled in analysing data and information to grasp the larger perspective and make informed decisions.
  • Capable of identifying potential opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Quick to establish positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers, fostering rapport effectively.
  • Adaptable in managing and responding promptly to changing or competing priorities.
  • Highly organized and selfsufficient in planning and managing time efficiently.
  • Skilled in handling objections and resolving challenges effectively.
  • Ensures tasks are completed on schedule and with a high level of precision.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
