About the team:
What you will be doing:
You will be a critical member of the RADAR Finance Project team.
You will be a primary liaison to our key stakeholders and manage many aspects of our relationship with groups in Accounting, FP&A, Treasury and Settlement Financial Operations.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects throughout the project lifecycle including intake and requirements, prioritization, development, testing, training, release, and post-production support.
You will have an opportunity to learn about many teams, systems, and processes within FIS and specifically Merchant Solutions through a variety of project engagements that span across functional areas and systems.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 8+ years of experience in a Finance / Accounting team in a large corporate environment
- Experience in project roles supporting Finance and Accounting related projects
- Strong data and analytic skills with large datasets and complex processes, including knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau or similar tools
- CPA or other advanced Finance or Accounting Certification
- Ability to operate independently in a fastpaced environment
Added bonus if you have:
- Experience in Payments, Financial Services, or Settlement Operations
- Experience with SOX Compliance
- Experience with Agile development roles and processes
