We have an exciting opportunity for a part time 20 hour part-time Team Administrator in the Greenwich Early Intervention in Psychosis Team.

The successful applicant will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service supporting the multi-disciplinary team within a busy Locality Mental Health Team.

Days will be flexible on agreement.

Effectively provide and implement core operational team administration requirements on behalf of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust by:
Respond to incoming calls and deal with enquiries in accordance with management procedures. Record all messages accurately ensuring appropriate action is taken and messages passed to the relevant discipline/clinician. Use initiative in finding appropriate clinician for advice if required staff member is absent.


Responsibility for retrieval of messages left on the Locality Mental Health Team's answer phone 'out of hours' ensuring that such messages are directed to the relevant personnel.

Receiving all incoming post to the Locality Mental Health Team and distribute/disseminate as necessary.


Receiving delivery of medication into the Locality Mental Health Team ensuring that relevant clinicians are made aware of its arrival in order that such medicines are safely stored away as and when required.

Liaising with Couriers ensuring that all post/medication is collected from the Community Mental Health Team as and when required.

Liaising with Couriers ensuring that all post/medication is collected from the Community Mental Health Team as and when required.


Implement and maintain effective integrated files filing system, ensuring that service user records are kept safe, confidential, up to date and accessible.

Using Rio (or other electronic recording system) to retrieve information on both clients and caseload holders.

Undertaking word processing support to the team for the provision of required service user related reports, letters, summaries, etc. within the set standards.

Occasional inputting of confidential data on to the computer for statistical collection to include:
Registering all new referrals to the Locality Mental Health Team

Inputting 'closing out' discharged patients / closing referrals

Inputting of CPA front sheets and printing copies for the integrated files

Updating of information i.e. change of address, GP etc.


Occasional covering of reception including:
