Job Opportunity:
Kitchen Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Phin Coffee. This role will primarily involve preparing our signature Vietnamese baguettes and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing vegetables & meats.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Good time management skills.
