Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain customer records and enter data into the system.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 40 per week
