Customer Care & Admin Assistant
The On Call Security Group is the largest independent security company in the UK specialising in home security products and monitored alarms.
We are currently seeking a Customer Care & Admin Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full time basis based from our office in Wolverhampton.
Duties Include:
- To actively call customers to check accuracy of their information and update the systems accordingly.
- To handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and provide support on their alarm system and other associated products.
- To work within multiple systems and portals to manage customer systems and data and update as necessary.
- To work with other departments such as sales or accounts to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
- Provide support for engineers and sales advisors
- Other general admin tasks.
- Excellent Phone Manner
- Competent using Excel and word
- Comfortable with using multiple systems from different suppliers
- Able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
- Good Communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Desire to want to achieve and help others.
(This is an office based role and we will not consider applicants who are looking for a home based position)
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £22,425.00 per year
