Customer Care & Admin Assistant

The On Call Security Group is the largest independent security company in the UK specialising in home security products and monitored alarms.

We are currently seeking a Customer Care & Admin Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full time basis based from our office in Wolverhampton.

Duties Include:

To actively call customers to check accuracy of their information and update the systems accordingly.
To handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and provide support on their alarm system and other associated products.
To work within multiple systems and portals to manage customer systems and data and update as necessary.
To work with other departments such as sales or accounts to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Provide support for engineers and sales advisors
Other general admin tasks.

Full training will be given but key requirements are:

Excellent Phone Manner
Competent using Excel and word
Comfortable with using multiple systems from different suppliers
Able to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Good Communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of working in an office environment
Desire to want to achieve and help others.

Staring Salary is £22,425 per year based on a 9am-5pm working week with 20 day holidays per year.

(This is an office based role and we will not consider applicants who are looking for a home based position)
