Bridging Accommodation Move-on Officer based in Esher and the rate is £19.77ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

They will develop, review and help deliver on move-on plans for each family; provide advice to families on their options and help manage expectations; undertake affordability assessments to inform decisions on move-on; follow up and generate leads with landlords; develop proposals for move-on support for families for approval by management and work closely with guests, colleagues and partner agencies to make moves happen and will need to carry out the related administration linked to moves.

The goal is to support all families to secure suitable, settled accommodation which they can afford and minimise the number of guests facing homelessness.
