The salary range for these roles is £32,173 to £35,419 per annum based on a 36-hour working week.

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Administrator Advisor.

This role is incredibly varied, you will lead, manage, support and develop the Administration Assistants within the team who provide support to Social Care Professionals and be accountable for the delivery of all administrative tasks within the team.

You'll also promote an excellent level of customer service within the team both to internal and external customers


You will work closely and provide support to the Team Manager / Senior Manager and be the key contact for District & Borough colleagues in relation to premises liaison.

Additionally you will Work with other Adult Social Care Senior Administration Advisors to develop and maintain administrative and business processes across the Service

  • Previous experience in leading and supervising a team.
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team within existing protocols and procedures whilst being proactive and using your initiative within the scope of the role.
  • Your administrative and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to your own professional development.
