Team Administrator
Manchester City Centre
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support the Directors and wider team of a property consultancy based in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Book travel and accommodation
- Arrange meetings, take minutes and follow up on action points
- Diary management
- Set up new jobs on the project tracker
- Arrange events
- Manage post and deliveries
- Order any stock required
- Assist with printing, binding and photocopying
- Put processes in place to ensure the office runs more efficiently
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors when required
- Meeting and greet any visitors
- Previous administrative experience, ideally gained within property or another professional services environment
- Outgoing, friendly and sociable personality
- Flexible attitude to work
- Self motivation
- Ability to put forward ideas and improve processes
Salary:
Up to £30,000 dependent on experience per annum
