My client are looking for a Customer Support Executive to come and join their vibrant customer support team, you will be a hard-worker with a can-do attitude and looking to develop your skill set.

Duties:

Helping our customers navigate their way around the websites.

Understanding customers IT setup using screen sharing tools to streamline their experience.

Digesting customer requirements and feeding this into the product team to help them keep building the success of the business and products.

Ensuring every customer is treated as a VIP.

Making sure all customer contacts are responded to quickly and efficiently.

Ensuring our customers always have a positive experience.

Person Specification:

Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.

An unbeaten drive, passion, and pride in your work.

The willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.

Confident day-to-day technical ability.
