Job Introduction

This role will work across Saga Travel Group brands and products, currently touring (Titan & Saga), Tailor-Made and Hosted Hotels, to deliver marketing activity, positioning product effectively within the two brands' propositions.

As Creative Artworker, you will be responsible for creating engaging brand communications that focus on customer experience and grow the brand.

Working with existing design and campaign guidelines, create marketing and customer communications from brief to final output - on and offline.

Delivering to brand standards across volume and at pace.

Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters and key stakeholders to produce engaging design output.

You've a love of the pixel and understand user experience online to deliver engaging content, knowing the key decision drivers for our audience and understanding how to effectively position our products.

Main Responsibilities

  • Brand storytelling: champion both brands proposition and goal for fame/superbrand status.
  • Align outputs to key pillars under Experience is Everything banner and amplify brand proposition.
  • Adopt a flexible, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving business goals.
  • Produce artwork to showcase key messaging, considering the customer experience of each deliverable.
  • Brand positioning: be single minded in our communications and ladder up to our core brand proposition.
  • Brand expert: demonstrate expert knowledge about our product, effectively communicate amplifying core pillars of expertise and winning choice.
  • Design: use your craft to execute to brief, for all formats/outputs.
  • Contribute to the ideation and creation of appropriate and attractive, customer driven design solutions.
  • Be proactive with how we achieve successful outputs process, systems and generous with your technical knowledge.
  • Excellent technical ability and experience with all design industry tech and software including CS Suite, Aftereffects, Adobe.
  • Excellent artworking skills for optimising digital outputs and printready artwork.
  • Highly skilled with experience in producing high volume outputs that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Impeccable attention to detail. Quality and accuracy of output is vital, as is the ability to multi task.
  • Adaptable, able to pivot at pace.
  • A strong listener, able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for design.
  • Naturally curious and creative for customer driven problem solving.
