The University of Aberdeen Student Advice & Support team is seeking to recruit two new Graduate Trainee Student Support Administrators to ensure that students are supported with a range of individual requirements, and that our services evolve to meet the expanding needs and expectations of the student population.

This will involve working closely with individual students, colleagues across support services and the wider University.

Applicants should be recent graduates and able to demonstrate a passion for supporting others. You should also be able to build and maintain networks and be empathetic and professional when dealing with students.


Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 4 salary scale, Spinal Point 20 - £27, 396 per annum.

Upon satisfactory completion of the initial two-year Graduate Trainee period, post holders will be eligible for consideration for promotion or appointment to a career grade position, normally at the locally determined Grade 5 (spinal Point 24).
