Morgan Philips are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client to hire an HR Business Partner for their operations division based near Heathrow.

The role will combine both strategic and operational elements and will offer the right applicant an exceptionalopportunity to be part of a market leading business at an exciting time of growth and change.

Due to the operational nature of the business this is a predominantly site based role with travel across the UK & I.

Whilst they are a flexible business, remote andstructured hybrid working are not available.

This role requires a credible, ambitious, HR Business Partner with a global mind-set who has a proven track record in an operations driven business.

You will need strong employee relations experience as well as excellent employment law knowledge.
