Client Relationship Manager (Insurance Claims, Property) - Home-Based UK remote - up to £50k per annum, plus Company Car, flexi holidays, private health care, generous pension scheme, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Client Relationship Manager (Insurance Property Claims) - A fast paced, forward thinking specialist Claims Handling organisation who are passionate about people, have a big team spirit and want to provide the best customer service are now looking for anexperienced Client Relationship Manager/Insurance Claims Professional to work closely with the Directors in securing New Business and to manage the existing Client Portfolio where you will strive to promote the Business in the Market place, build and nurturerelationships with clients and continue to drive the Corporate Strategy forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively manage existing Client partnerships and cross sell
- Identify new business opportunities
- Manage relationships through account planning and management
- Play a major role in complex negotiations including commercial terms, pricing reviews, operating models and legal contracts
- Establish each partner, KPI's for business development and profitability, including Business Plans, Sales & Marketing Plans, Budgets and Forecasts
- Monitor aged debt
- Be involved in setting strategy and direction for development of allocated business partners
- Coordinate surge/event management
- Play a key part in the Management of Customer success
- Monitor all complaints
- Communicate client priorities to key stakeholders through meetings and/or adhoc briefings
- Attend networking events to actively promote the business
About you:
- Experience of working within the Insurance Claims Industry with vast knowledge of Property Insurance Claims
- Indepth knowledge of Claims processes
- The ability to present to large Corporations at Board Level
- Strong Leadership and Directional capabilities
- A Company Ambassador in the Claims Marketplace
- Sales Management experience
- A proven track record in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Client Account Management experience with a proven track record
- Appropriate knowledge of FCA regulations
- Industry Qualifications
- A full clean driving licence
