Description

Ideally, they are looking for are looking for a 0-3 PQE lawyer to join their corporate department working with the team on music catalogue acquisitions and sales, together with other corporate matters for our clients in the music and wider entertainment industry.


The work will entail the drafting and negotiation of: shareholder and partnership agreements; investment agreements; documentation ancillary to larger share or asset purchase agreements, including disclosure letters and dealing with related due diligence work.
