An exciting Fixed Term opportunity has arisen for an Exercise Specialist to become part of the Community Heart Failure Rehabilitation pilot with Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

For this challenging and fulfilling post we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with sound knowledge and understanding of the management of Heart Failure.

You will be a BACPR qualified Exercise Specialist with relevant clinical experience within cardiology services. Experience in delivering cardiac rehabilitation within a multi-disciplinary team will be required.

You will need to be very enthusiastic about this area of work as well as being self-motivated, possess good organisational skills, and be able to work alone and as part of a team.
