Hours: 40 Weekly

Duties & Responsibilities:

Complying with legal and regulatory requirements set by governing bodies such as OFSTED, EYFS, Safeguarding, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Local Authority Regulations, and Food Safety.
Providing highquality care and education to children aged 35 years
Ensuring the welfare, safety, and security of all children and staff in the room, as well as supervising and assisting other staff members.
Monitoring and suggesting improvements to management, implementing policies and procedures, planning appropriate activities and programs for children in partnership with management, documenting and planning the Early Years Foundation Stage, completing assessments and reports on children's development, involving parents and carers in the curriculum, preparing resources and materials for activities and displays.
Addressing children's needs, supervising and advising other staff members, liaising with other room leaders, attending meetings and training courses, conducting inspections and risk assessments, managing opening and closing procedures, and performing any other duties as directed by the manager in line with the nursery's objectives.

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
