Rigford, a property services company based in London and the South East are recruiting for an
exceptionally experienced and professional multi skilled tradesman to cover reactive and planned maintenance including disrepair works across London, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas and be willing to travel.

We are looking for people that are capable of working in a fast paced environment, and have experience working in the social housing sector.

Works can include, decoration, carpentry (worktop replacements, door replacements, laminate flooring), mould cleaning, patch plastering, basic plumbing etc

Organizational and communication skills are essential.

Previous social housing experience would be ideal

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Pay:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
