We are growing our team and have the opportunity to take on a Business and Administration Modern Apprentice. This role is ideally suited to a recent school or college leaver.
Job description:
Meet and greet customers at front reception
Telephoning our customers, updating them on the progress of their vehicle repairs and recording the comments on our management system.
Answering the telephone and again as above.Dealing with new claims and organising book in dates with our customers using our diary.
Arranging vehicles to be delivered after repairs are complete.
Raising job packs for the workshop.
Recording technician time sheets on our management system.
Invoicing
General admin duties.
What will I learn?
You will learn customer service skills, how to use our in house IT systems. You will learn how to communicate in a busy office and how to manage your diary.
What qualification or qualities are required?
You'll have a head start in this vacancy if you've completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We'll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
National 5 English and 3 National 5 Qualifications.
Good IT and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
