    Special Educational Needs Support Assistant



    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates with a passion for supporting children with autism and ADHD to gain practical experience in a primary school setting.



    The Role



    As a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1/2 who have autism, ADHD, and other additional needs. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children access learning, regulate emotions, and build social confidence.




    • Adapt resources to meet the individual needs of each child

    • Assist with behaviour strategies to create a positive learning environment

    • Work alongside the SENCO and class teachers to deliver personalised support plans



    This role requires a patient, observant, and motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
