At PlumbProud we're proud to be one of the leading boiler installers within the UK with a 24 hour lead time.

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team who has excellent communication and superior people skills.

You will be responsible for converting warm leads from customers that come through our quoting website and google into sales and creating great customer experiences.


You will receive onsite training in order to present products and services over the phone ensuring that your product knowledge will assist customers with their needs and requirements.

This is an office based role based in Barton under Needwood DE13 8AJ

We have various shift patterns available such as Monday - Friday, Weekend only, Evenings only.


Bonus & Benefits
- £250 weekly bonus when team targets for CPA are met
- £50 weekly bonus for the highest performing sales person
- £10 daily bonus for being the highest performing sales person

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using the training given
  • Have confidence to answer questions about our products & services
  • Discuss customer situations to fully understand their requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Professionally address grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience within telephone sales or other sales/customer service role
  • Experience of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Knowledge & understanding of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
