    Overview:

    A well-established wealth management firm based in Hailsham requires an experienced financial services professional to act as the office manager supervising a team of administration staff as well as working closely with the business owner acting as the first point of contact to existing clients dealing with general enquiries and ensuring the smooth running of the IFA firm.

    Main Duties:

    An experienced financial services professional to join a well-established financial advisory firm based in Hailsham as an office manager ensuring the smooth running of the company in the absence of the business owner as well as assisting existing clients with general enquiries.

    The firm has been offering financial advice to new and existing clients for over 25 years and has built a reputation for excellence.

    Key responsibilities include supervising administration staff including pension and investment paraplanners as well as mortgage paraplanners acting as the main point of contact to the existing client base dealing with general enquiries and ensuring first-class customer service.

    Working core office hours the office manager will ensure the team deals with all clients new and existing business in a timely and regulated manner.

    Using financial services knowledge including protection pensions investments and mortgages the office manager will ensure the smooth running of the company in the absence of the business owner.

    Key Skills:

    Applications will only be considered from experienced financial services professionals who have gained experience dealing with protection pensions investments and mortgages.

    Ideally the level 4 diploma will have been attained however applications will be considered from individuals who have an excellent working knowledge of financial services and who are working towards the exams.

    The successful candidate must have the confidence to run the business on behalf of the director in their absence as well as ensuring the smooth running of the back-office support.

    Summary:

    An experienced financial services professional with a good working knowledge of protection pensions investments and mortgages to work as a financial services office manager ensuring the smooth running of the administrative team as well as acting as the first point of contact to the existing clients answering general enquiries.
