The Purpose of the Role

Working within the Special Billing Team based in Glasgow to ensure timely and accurate delivery of e-billing for the UK business.

Analyse and resolve outstanding issues relating to unprocessed or rejected invoices. Support invoice processing via variousplatforms, query resolution and reconciliation of all sales ledger and e-billing data.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicate internally and externally as required to progress ebilling client management
Analysis of time and costs in relation to the client billing guidelines detailed in the contract
Support the processing of bills for our ebilling clients ensuring all client requirements are being met.
Manage the uploading, monitoring and tracking of ebills, ensuring that these are submitted within agreed SLA
Liaise with portal clients to resolve any systems issues and ensure that client specific requirements are implemented correctly
Manage cash allocation to ensure a turnaround of 48 hours from receipt
Transforming large amounts of data into digestible and actionable management information
Providing insight into root causes to drive continued improvement in billing performance
Support senior management with their day to day needs including analysis and reporting to help shape business decisions
All queries logged via the central finance system
Manage client overtrading
Manage MSP end client credit limits
Provide analytical information and suggest process improvement
Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices, payment terms and payments (charge rates and hours)

About You

Good excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table, SumIF, Formulae, reconciliation)
Good numeric, analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Team player, able to juggle multiple deadlines with excellent communication skills.
