Key Role Information:

Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday

  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Hybrid working available post probation period
  • Basic pay + uncapped commission
  • Excellent commission structure

As an Senior Recruitment Consultant at MechElec Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our expansion, forging valuable connections within the engineering industry.

Your keen eye for potential opportunities will be essential in identifying prospective clients, and you'll be crafting strategic outreach plans to effectively engage with them.

In this role, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities will be second nature to you.

With your dedication to continuous learning, you'll utilise market research to gather valuable insights that will inform our business strategies and keep us at the cutting edge of the industry.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.

As an ambassador for the MechElec brand, you'll showcase our bespoke recruitment services and highlight our unrivaled expertise in the engineering sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (desirable)
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the engineering recruitment industry
  • Knowledge of engineering roles, skills, and competencies
  • Resultsdriven, selfmotivated, and adept at working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities, enabling effective task prioritisation
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Familiarity with industryspecific regulations and compliance standards
