HR Administrator looking to take a step up

Previous experience within a HR role

About Our Client:

My client is a well established manufacturing and distribution company looking for an experienced HR individual looking for a step up in their career to a HR Advisor position.

The key responsibilities would include:

Ensuring that the site adheres to best practice, policy, and procedure.
Assist the site HRM in ensuring all new legislation is implemented
Ensuring all entitlement to work documentation is up to date to ensure site compliance
Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties
Prepare site weekly / monthly reports with key KPI's and targets for departmental managers.
Assisting departmental manager and supervisors when conducting fact find investigations, formal disciplinary, performance management and grievance meeting
Lead and deliver on Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding, employee terms and conditions of

employment, benefits, and related processes- Assisting the wider HR Team in rolling out some company/site-based projects including associate engagement, local community days and Sustainability initiatives.

Assist with agency audits in a timely manner twice a year
Cover payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leavers, new hires etc.) and in the absence of Site Administration.
To build and maintain strong productive relationships with site managers and attend appropriate meetings as required.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems
