HR Administrator looking to take a step up- Previous experience within a HR role
About Our Client:
My client is a well established manufacturing and distribution company looking for an experienced HR individual looking for a step up in their career to a HR Advisor position.
The key responsibilities would include:
- Ensuring that the site adheres to best practice, policy, and procedure.
- Assist the site HRM in ensuring all new legislation is implemented
- Ensuring all entitlement to work documentation is up to date to ensure site compliance
- Assist with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties
- Prepare site weekly / monthly reports with key KPI's and targets for departmental managers.
- Assisting departmental manager and supervisors when conducting fact find investigations, formal disciplinary, performance management and grievance meeting
- Lead and deliver on Recruitment, Induction & Onboarding, employee terms and conditions of
employment, benefits, and related processes- Assisting the wider HR Team in rolling out some company/site-based projects including associate engagement, local community days and Sustainability initiatives.
- Assist with agency audits in a timely manner twice a year
- Cover payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leavers, new hires etc.) and in the absence of Site Administration.
- To build and maintain strong productive relationships with site managers and attend appropriate meetings as required.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems
The Successful Applicant:
- Experience within a HR role and looking for a 'step up' in their career.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Proficient administrative and IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Studying towards CIPD is preferable but not essential.
