Trainer to engage with learners, ensuring compliance and excellence in provision delivery.

Position Description:

Engagement and Cohort Management:

Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively engage learners onto CSS provision.
Build lasting relationships with stakeholders for consistent access to learner cohorts.
Maintain meticulous paperwork and tracking records of learner engagement.

Delivery and Assessment:

Deliver and assess content within your expertise to meet awarding body standards.
Maintain online records for tracking learner attendance, assessment, and achievement.
Plan and record assessment decisions, meeting program deadlines.

Compliance and Performance:

Adhere to internal and external procedures, meeting KPI targets for new enrollments and progressions.
Contribute to the organization's mission and values, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the internal verification process.
