Job Title:
Multi Trader

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skilled trades tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
Conduct repairs and installations in residential and commercial properties.
Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.

Skills:

Proficient in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
Strong problemsolving skills to assess issues and determine effective solutions.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to various trades.
