We are looking for a Case Worker to join our small but extremely busy charity. Full training provided.

About the role:

DV ASSIST receive referrals from police forces, local authorities, Women's Aid, Refuge and numerous other organisations for victims who are seeking civil protection orders to protect themselves and their children from abusers.

You will be joining a small but busy team to provide front line support to victims

Responsibilities:

To update daily our CRM system
Speak to victims of domestic abuse who are seeking civil protection orders, showing patience, empathy and confidence
Be able to work under pressure
Maintain accurate and uptodate case records

Skills:

Strong and confident telephone manner
Computer literate
Willing to learn and effect change
You must have experience working in a family law environment

As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting victims of domestic abuse. Your responsibilities will include providing case management services, and liaising with solicitors, police, social workers and other professionals.

Part-time

Salary:
From £17,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 29.5 per week
