At Hill, we understand the importance of helping you learn, develop and discover more about your future opportunities.


That is why we want to offer you the chance to gain real, hands-on work experience with our paid LAUNCH Program.

Our LAUNCH work experience program is designed to give you an insight into the construction and housebuilding industry, across three core disciplines:

  • Technical
  • Commercial
  • Production
You will gain valuable experience, working out on site, alongside our experienced teams.

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals, who are looking for a fruitful career in construction management.

There are 3 key stages to the program.

  • Application
  • A chance for you to tell us why you want to work for Hill


  • Interview

  • You will be interviewed by one of our talent professionals
  • Offer & Placement. Work placement to be held during the summer period
