    Business Analyst Role

    Within the Digital Business Transformation Team

    Supporting Digital Transformation Initiatives

    The Role:

    You will play a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation initiatives across various departments.

    Your expertise in requirements elicitation, business process modelling and re-engineering will be instrumental in identifying innovative solutions to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic goals.

    You will work closely with business owners to support the development of robust business cases, ensuring that digital projects deliver sustainable and measurable benefits.

    About You:

    • Hold a degree or postgraduate qualification or demonstrate an equivalent level of professional experience.
    • Experience with systems and/or process modelling and re-engineering using established business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques (e.g. BPMN, UML, Lean, Six Sigma).
    • Experience of leading technically focused discovery workshops, facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams and driving consensus on requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability to produce business analysis deliverables, such as requirements documentation, process models, functional specifications or business cases.
    • Experience of contributing to a process/system improvement project or initiative that resulted in tangible business benefits.
    • Willingness to travel across campuses to meet the needs of the role.
