Meadowvale Care Home is looking to recruit a Housekeeper to join our luxury, purpose-built care home to join as Bank.

Our purpose-built care home is in Bathgate, West Lothian, offers the highest standards of care for 52-residents.

As Housekeeper, you will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the care home, always ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Housekeeper Contract
- £9.50 per hour / Contracted to 24-hours per week

Company pension
5.6 weeks annual leave (Based on a fulltime contract)
Uniform provided
Onsite parking

Responsibilities:

Empty waste bins
Vacuum throughout
Shake out cushions
Clean dining rooms/lounges/toilets
Clean taps and sinks
Clean soap dispenser outlets
Clean toothbrush holders
Spot clean all floorings
Wash all bathroom/toilet/ensuite floors
Polish all mirrors
Clean all pipe work in toilets
Dust handrails and radiators
Move all mobile furniture (including beds and chairs) and vacuum and dust beneath/behind
Wash out metal wastepaper bins
Dust and polish furniture and windowsills
Wash lino floors
Shampoo carpets as requested by Home Manager
Dust light bulbs, curtains, pictures, and fittings
Restock toiletries, soaps, towels when required
