About The Role:


Nobilis Care is expanding and is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to efficiently manage the rosters of our domiciliary front-line carers in Basingstoke.

We are committed to reducing carer commute times and maximising operational efficiency.


Work Hours:


Days:
Monday to Friday

Hours: 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM

You will also be expected to provide support for our out-of-hours on-call service. We pay a premium shift rate for this of £20 M-T and £160 at the weekend.

Your Responsibilities as a Valued Member of the Nobilis Team:

  • Coordinating the schedules of our front-line staff
  • Cultivating strong relationships with both care staff and clients
  • Managing our inhouse care scheduling system
  • Conducting outbound communication with staff, clients, and external healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with the branch team to deliver exceptional care
