Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will support and manage the marketing of CDE's global brand, recruitment activity and internal communications.

This role sits at the heart of the Marketing function and will support the implementation and management of all global brand activity such as new product launches, brand communications, PR, events and other branded touchpoints (internal & external such as office branding, clothing, visuals and video).

They will also support internal communications and events and provide administrative support which will include updating systems, arranging and facilitating meetings to producing accurate monthly reports.

Management of digital footprint in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and in line with marketing strategies.

About The Role

Responsibilities
As a guardian and champion for the brand you will be responsible for supporting:

Global Brand

  • Create marketing collateral and sales resources in line with CDE's global brand such as presentations, brochures, advertisements, video content, infographics and various others.
  • Help manage CDE's branded clothing platform and promote good supplier relations, ensuring employees are wellequipped.
  • Order and disseminate promotional items to customerfacing employees.
  • Design and oversee office and factory branding and directional signage across CDE's various locations.
  • Manage plant branding and ensure guidelines are reviewed and updated on an annual basis, provide support/training to the quality team, and manage adherence.
  • Support the Marketing team in delivering successful global events.
  • Write global brand copy for diverse marketing channels (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • Manage consistent presentation of all global CDE literature, electronic media, site personnel and vehicles and promotional merchandise.
  • Manage the production of global, CustomCare or internal comms videos, where required, and manage the distribution of same through agreed channels in conjunction the digital team.
  • Monitor competitor activity and report back to the Marketing team.
  • Support regional teams in gathering and/or disseminating CustomCare stories to promote CDE as a longterm partner.

Internal communications

  • Provide support in delivering the internal and strategic communication plans through defined channels.
  • Provide support with writing, proofing, designing and branding of internal communications in various forms.
  • Support with gathering and writing information for internal quarterly reports.
  • Provide support with proofreading internal communications.

Other

  • Provide ad hoc administrative support for Marketing team.
  • Prepare & deliver monthly reports, outlining progress against brand metrics and KPIs.
  • Represent the interests of Marketing team at various stakeholder meetings internally.
  • Work with third party agencies to deliver creative campaigns and projects where necessary.
  • Ensure all activity is on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to CDE policy and practice.
  • Carry out any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role

Required Criteria

  • Hold a relevant business or marketing qualification.
  • Have 2 years' experience at Marketing Executive/Assistant level in a fastpaced working environment or 4 years' relevant experience in a businessrelated role.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be able to evidence writing and proofing skills.
  • Be detail orientated.
  • Have excellent organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Have a proven work history of with a positive attitude.
  • Be highly driven, enthusiastic selfstarter able to work on own initiative.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence and have access to a car, as there is a requirement to travel between CDE's campus sites as part of this job role.
  • Clearance to work in the UK

Desired Criteria

  • Digital marketing and /or design experience.
  • Competency in a foreign language
  • French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, other.
  • Videoediting skills
