As our next Prototype Build Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you'll be a valued integral part of our Vehicle Engineering team.

As part of your role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a class-leading service that builds, maintains, and supports all current and future Aston Martin Prototype vehicle requirements.


You will have the chance to develop your expertise in prototype vehicle build and maintenance and be involved in all aspects of the process.

Whether it's collaborating with engineers, problem-solving on the shop floor, or ensuring the highest quality standards are met, you'll play a key role in delivering a class-leading service that supports Aston Martin's current and future prototype vehicle requirements.


You'll have exposure to various areas (Prototype build, Prototype Design, BIW & Paint, Test Verification, Instrumentation and Press Operations) and plenty of opportunities to gain valuable experience.

The Key Requirements...

  • Achieved 5 GCSE's (or relevant or equivalent qualification) to include a Level 5, 4 or above in Maths and English
  • You'll have hobbies and interests which reflect your interest in fixing and repairing things.
  • You'll enjoy solving complex problems.
