Description

• As a member of the production team and in conjunction with agency staff ensure the production schedules and targets are met or improved upon.
• Ensure awareness of the current Production Schedule and ensure line changeovers are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring the continued supply and inspection of all necessary components to produce 'right 1st time' products to the required quality standard.
• Responsible for the inspection and final packing of the lines daily production.
• Operate all production line machinery in a safe and efficient manner as per Hydrokem Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure compliance to;
• The company quality accreditations including ISO and GMP.
• All relevant SOP's/policies and employee terms and conditions.
• Health and Safety procedures.
• Maintain the GMP standards, policies and practices as defined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
• When required provide training to new Production Operatives and agency staff, in line with the Hydrokem Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
• To record all component information when used on the relevant forms.
