Description
Currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a business based close to Cambridge. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be managing a small team.

Duties will include:
Preparation of financial statements, reports and accounts, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and legislation.

Managing the month end process, including accruals, prepayments and deferred revenue, so month end reporting can be finalised bythe deadline.

The reporting includes cost centre reports, management accounts and a group reporting pack to be sent to the parent company.

Oversee and carry out, when necessary, day-to-day transactions on company ledgers.

Preparation of draft budgets and forecasts,working with cost centre owners and management, consolidating for review by the Finance Director before review by the Senior Management Team.

Managing of external and internal audits. Preparing cash flow forecasts.

You will be ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent with experience working in a small team in a varied role.
