Jenny Moody Properties are seeking a full time site labourer. Working Monday - Friday from 8am-4:30pm.


Job Role:
Approx 2-3 days a week, cleaning building sites of left over materials and putting them into a skip.

Re arranging items on a building site to make room for new materials, clearing out houses ready for the next trade to begin their works.

After approx 9 months of working with us, you will attend a forklift driving course, so you can then drive a forklift on site, to help assist our site agents.

You will also gain a first aid certificate again after approx 9 months of working with us.

Approx 2-3 days a week, cleaning new build homes and completing a snag list which you will be given for each property.

These will include items such as removing debris from garden areas, cleaning bathroom tiles, cleaning brickwork, cleaning facias & soffits, removing plaster from fireplace brickwork, clearing out garages, opening all windows and cleaning around the frames etc.

We have immense pride in our work and the quality of home we are handing over to our customers. The above works are a key component to ensure our quality is maintained for each home.

Approx 1-2 days a month, cutting the grass/hedges and de weeding the gardens of our new build homes, office and other areas of land we own.

This will of course be weather dependant and at certain times of the year.

This job role would suit someone with a positive attitude who has a strong attention to detail.

It is a friendly working environment where everyday is different, be it at different building sites or maintaining our beautiful offices which are converted barns surrounded by gardens.

Our current building projects include; Lawford, Bannister Green and Wickford.

There is a company van that you will drive when you arrive at the office each day. So you only need to use your own vehicle to commute to and from the office.

Salary is £26,000 PA

20 days annual leave per year + bank holidays

You have the option to join into the company pension scheme.

There is free onsite parking which is secure in our courtyard.
